that movie is called WildStyle it was made around 82', the first movie about Hip Hop & prolly the best, a bunch of hip hop legends are in it (but not Ad-Rock lolz)

from what I gathered it's a guy that looks like Lee Quinones , although it is not actually confirmed to be him or not...
