I think they're just plain weird. I enjoy the moon dancers. they seem to really be having a great time.


generally, cort and I have had a problem with dancing in advertising. there were some commercials going around on t.v. with people dancing ridiculously in a furniture commercial with terrible dance-ish music. dancing is the opposite of furniture!

That first one, I do indeed see everywhere and I hate it. I was actually thinking the other day, "Who sees this shit and says, 'Ooooh! Let's see what this advertiser has!'?" Then got depressed realizing that, yeah, it must be working.

I hadn't seen the other two. The line dancing cowboys are awfully homosexual. The moon dancing thing -- Van Morrison-inspired? -- is odd and kinda works and kinda doesn't. The gut is actually kind of cool, though.
