...and now I look like a tard.

It's not too bad when I wear my hair down, but for work I have to put it in a ponytail and it makes my face look 3 times fatter than it already is. Plus with my glasses on I'm the geekchick uberlord.

Boo-fucking-hoo.

dude, the first time is always scary and you are hella judgemental, but I love that i always cut my own hair, so cheap and conventient

I always have, cept when it was like 2 feet long it was easier to not fuck up

but I hacked it all off to my current bob and bangs in one night, and have yet to visit any fucking hairdresser in order to "update" my do or make it better because im quite satisfied

I trim my own hair but I wouldn't attempt a "style cut".

It's ok if you cut your own hair and messed up... I went to the mall to do some Christmas shopping a few weeks ago and it appears that shitty haircuts are pretty hip among the youth these days. Don't sweat it!

I usually cut my hair myself.
Now tho, on my way to Finland, I went to the hairdressers on the ferry. He was no freakin' hairdresser, he was a barber! He missed half the right side completely and he was finished in twenty minutes! Fuck! I do it better myself!

Yesterday I dyed my hair really red, I don't think it's been so red since the Ziggy days (or Low more to be precise...). Gotta take a pic after I've emptied my camera from last night's gig photos and videos.

I had no idea you cut your own hair! I'm impressed - it always looks so good.

Anouk, i'm sure that it doesn't look that bad :)

yep, the first time you cut your own hair is always the scariest. i've been doing it for a while now and i'm getting pretty good at it. every barber or hairdresser i went to wouldn't fix the clumps and longer patches, and i would come away with a crappy blend or layers. a few snips here and there has fixed all of that. i guess that old cliche rings true: if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.
