at first i searched myself some hobbies but with time and loneliness the depressions did win and im only in my bed or in front of the computer anymore

i've worked the one job since high school. i haven't achieved anything except getting myself in $7k worth of debt that i have no way of paying off. i've gained 10 kilos. i've been in 3 shit relationships. yep. i'm a winner.

and in the 10 years i gained on 30 kilos but lost 20 kilos last year and i never had a boyfriend

and i broke up after 9 years of school cause my phobia got too bad, while i was in school it was ok but i wasnt able anymore to go there and back all by myself

Randy you seem to be pretty aware of your problem and I really dont know what steps you've taken to aide in the help your phobias but 10 years IMO is a very long time to deal with this...what is your family doing to help you?

most of the years i didnt know i had a sickness and my parents thought i was just a lazy cunt but some day i accidently found some site about social phobia and was like thats so totally me!

my dad gave me up years ago and you have to kick my mum's ass till shes willing to go with me to a therapy, shes drowning in depressions aswell and is very unmotivated
