I dont know why, exactly. No need for it. The accounts will probably just sit open with the occasional bill paid with them. I got a buyer credit thing thru Paypal, which may be a bad thing being that I could use it on Ebay to buy lots of yarn, a sewing machine, and ceramic cats.
