Congratulations on the house? Is this a single family house with yard to maintain, or a condo/townhome? Did you make the leap suddenly or had you been looking?
(I never felt like a grown up until I bought a house. It's stupid, but true.)

It's a brand new house with desert landscaping (all rock and 6 plants). Let's save the congratulations for after I sign the mortgage docs. *fingers crosssed*
I think the tank will fit in the spare bedroom. If not, she can take the master suite.

best of luck miss.
I think things will work out in your favor.
by the way, why do landlords ALWAYS suck?

my landlord rules. Im fully convinced if I just decided not to pay him one month, he would just forget to collect the check.

my landlord has actually been pretty cool up until this point. she's now being very unreasonable.
she also berated me for having my thermostat set to 75. she was in my house because the pipes FROZE and I can't have my heat set to a comfortable temperature? she set it down to 68 when she left. which means it was about 64 or 65 in my house. IT'S 32 DEGREES OUTSIDE!

the heat in my place now never deviates from 66 degrees
anything higher and i can't stand it

I like it at a nice 72.
or higher.
:/ I'm weird.
I resent the fact that ms. alruggs has live in a house with a 75 degree thermostat. I'm paying out $225+/month for a heating bill that is never turned above 68 degrees and is turned down to 60 at night. bah.

Congrats! Is it in the city?
We need pics, please include a pic of the room that will be used for my excursions. Try to distance it from the Bef suite, as I enjoy my peace & quiet while in Vegas.

I think you'll have to share a room with a whale!
I'll post pics once I close and everything. I don't want to jinx it.
