Thanks all!

We're definitely going to find out the sex. That way we know what kinds of cool t-shirts to get it. It's much too early for that though.

How funny is it that all of you nerds knew before any of my "real life" friends? It was too late to call anyone when we found out. :D

and yes, you don't have to deal with having a girl who dates, but you do have to worry about your boys knocking up some total piece of trash that will ruin their lives.

i have to worry on both angles.

The new addition is here!

He's a friggin' beast at 9 pounds 15 ounces and 21 1/2 inches. Sucker doesn't fit any of the newborn sized stuff we have for him. :D

I have to say my wife is a superhero. She delivered this thing with no drugs using hypno-birthing. She had an epidural with our first son and really didn't enjoy the experience. I would advise anyone planning on giving birth to check out this technique. It uses positive imagery and self hypnosis to deal with all of the pain. (although they don't call it pain in hypno-birthing) It was truly the most remarkable act of thought control I have ever witnessed. She is amazing.

I hope to have some pics of my new family up soon.

Oh, and his name is Alexander Edward.

After GEA and Auton of course.

venusvenus123
09-27-2007, 09:57 AM
awesome! many many congrats to you both.

well done her! i think i might have done that in my birth, but it was just breathing, i didn't really want any drugs, they seemed like they'd get in the way :s

i always think i'd go for the drugs if there ever was a next time, but i'm not sure.

that's a big baby!

i think you need more congrats, so congrats again. :D
