Blood Pressure

What's yours like? Normal supposedly is 120/80, I just got mine done and it's 90/60 which is pretty damn low. She asked if I was tired often, and I said yes, and she said she'd expect so. Apparently my blood is lazy and basically has the "I'll get around to the brain sometime" mentality.

I eat lots of salt and don't exercise the normal amount, so if I start cutting out salt and exercising like I planned, I wonder if it'll drop further. I don't know how low is considered "bad." I wonder if I'll die. Roflz.

Low 110 /80 or 100/60. I don't measure it too often...

i always wonder how they can get an accurate reading on those things when its basically just a blip

I get my blood checked two-three times a year when I give blood and I've always had really good pressure and all the other counts, whatever they're called. At one time I got a bit dizzy so now I just lay there for up to 20-30 minutes with my feet up...

I don't know what mine is or what any of those numbers mean but every time I go to the doctor and they take it I'm like "Uh is that good?" and they're like "yeah that's really good" so yeah there ya go

i don't know what it is, but its pretty fucking high, judging by the look on people's faces when they measure it

i remember when i went to Mexico City to visit family i got REALLY sick, they took me to the docter & he said i had low blood pressure cuz i guess i wasn't eating much, idk but that was 2 years ago i think i'm alright now, not sure

I actually have abnormally low blood pressure. The Doc prescribed salt...put it on stuff I eat...
