Beastie Boys "An Open Letter To NYC" mixed up with a sample from Sugar Hill Gangs "Rapper's Delight"(the cowbells), Run DMC's "Sucker MC's"(the beat) and Doug E. Fresh's "Take Me Home NYC"(the chorus), which is currently the New York Knicks theme song(which is awesome)....After a few different variations, we finally came up with something....Check it out....

The one thing that is out of place, that I really don't care for, is when Doug E Fresh says "Knicks City Dancers"...I couldn't do nothing about that...Very limited stuff on that song to work with...

I like it, the only part I didn't like is the bass from Rapper's Delight, I just feel its oversampled, but besides that i really like it, the take me home parts are awesome.

I actually sampled New York, New York when I made this and tried to add it in, but it didn't sound good, and that's when I settled on the "Rapper's Delight" cowbells...Give it a shot Lazer, I would love to hear how it comes out..
