man i can't stand her (http://www.beggarscanbechoosers.com/2006/12/real-reason-republicans-hate-hillary_28.html).

I really want to vote for a Democrat in 2008. But they're making it difficult.
Am I really a bad person for wanting Kerry to run and win?
At this point, I still like guys like McCain and Giuliani, but I am getting sick and tired of the conservative mindset as a whole. Guys like Pat Buchanan, Sean Hannity... I can't bring myself to vote for a Republican with douche bags like them under the Republican party banner.
If it comes down to Mrs. Clinton vs. George Bush-lite in 2008, I'll vote Clinton.

DAMMIT HILLARY, BAD! BAD! *hits on nose with rolled up newspaper*
She won't be able to swing it mang.
Sigh. I'll see who else is running before I decide who to support.
i'd support obama, edwards, gore for his environment/global warming mission, or possibly even biden. i don't know much about biden, i'm sure he's not a socially democratic populist, but the appealing thing about him is that he just cuts to the chase and gives people straight answers, no b.s. although he does tend to go on long diatribes in the senate, and on particular hearings and commissions. edwards is very populist, ie anti-nafta, and is pushing for universal public health-care. and of course with obama, he takes clear positions, ie was always against the iraq war, doesn't shy away from them, levels with people, and spares us the b.s. politician avoid-the-question bunk.

All signs point to the "8" ball. I like her announcement and the open dialogue chatroom idea. All options are open to this guy right now. We've been manipulated into a horrible mess from the Bush administration, it surely will be counted as the darkest and ugliest chapter of presidential politics ever.
Even with that war-mongering bitch Hilliary in the fray I'm happy.
Change is a coming.

Say what you will about Hillary, but she IS an extremely successful senator. She may try to be too "safe" but America is all the better to have her in politics.
Before you guys get all worried, the "frontrunners" at this stage of the game have a tendency to become yesterday's news. Just take a look at Dean in '03.
Bill Clinton was no frontrunner for '92 in the beginning. The same can be said for Jimmy Carter in '76.
Don't act like she's got the nomination already.

Dennis Kucinich is running again. In Buffalo we're gearing up for it again. I've been paying $9.00 a year to retain Buffalo4Kucinich.com just on the hopes that he'd run again.

I've always felt she was going to run and just like in Texas Hold 'em she would end up being a burn card with either Gore, Edwards or my man Kucinich being the flop card.
It's just very refreshing to even be discussing alternatives to Bush.

ah hell, i'm excited...
with either Obama or Hillary winning the nom, it will be an incredibly polarizing and interesting 2008 campaign.
unlike any we have ever seen in history.
that alone makes it worth it....it may awaken a voter base that has been untapped for decades (the apathetic youth), which could alter politics.

Cindy Sheehan today (http://www.villagevoice.com/news/0544,lombardi,69553,6.html) is spreading the word about Hilliary's pro war stance.
This is going to be great....we are in for something different than the same old plate.
from the Village Voice, 1/20/07
They'd taken a cue from their newfound leader, Sheehan, who has plenty of fighting words for New York's junior senator these days. She first blasted Clinton for backing the Iraq invasion on October 16, writing a scathing article posted on several progressive websites. Sheehan described her as "a political animal who believes she has to be a war hawk to keep up with the big boys." Unless the senator pushes for pulling U.S. troops out of Iraq, Sheehan wrote, "I will resist [her presidential] candidacy with every bit of my power and strength."
Sheehan repeated these sentiments as she hopped from anti-war vigils to call-in radio shows during a week-long visit to New York City last month. In Brooklyn, she reminded the crowd of her efforts to "call out the pro-war Democrats," explaining, "Hillary Clinton is the leader of the pack."
She then offered up a challenge, urging activists to withhold their support for the popular senator unless she comes around. "It's time to tell your elected officials, 'If you're not with us, you're against us,' " Sheehan said, "and if you're against us, we'll vote you out of office. "
Five days later, New Yorkers who oppose the Iraq war began heeding Sheehan's advice. Some 70 activists gathered outside Clinton's midtown office on the day after American casualties in Iraq hit the grim 2,000 mark. The activists read names of the U.S. fallen and lit candles in their honor.

Onto another nagging thing about Hillary Clinton and her candidacy now for president, I am trying to find a difference between her and Rudy Guiliani, who currently is leading the Republican candidates.
LOL, see on her chatroom (http://www.hillary.org/) her slogan is "Give 'em Hill".

Don't forget Jeb Bush in '16!
you pushed me into posting this with that Jeb reference....
The Texas Hillbilly
(Sing along to the tune of Beverly Hillbillies)
Come and listen to my story 'bout a boy named Bush.
His IQ was zero and his head was up his tush.
He drank like a fish while he drove all about.
But that didn't matter 'cuz his daddy bailed him out.
DUI, that is.
Criminal record.
Cover-up.
Well, the first thing you know little Georgie goes to Yale.
He can't spell his name but they never let him fail.
He spends all his time hangin' out with student folk.
And that's when he learns how to snort a line of coke.
Blow, that is.
White gold.
Nose candy.
The next thing you know there's a war in Vietnam.
Kin folks say, "George, stay at home with Mom."
Let the common people get maimed and scarred.
We'll buy you a spot in the Texas Air Guard.
Cushy, that is.
Country clubs.
Nose candy.
Twenty years later George gets a little bored.
He trades in the booze, says that Jesus is his Lord.
He said, "Now the White House is the place I wanna be."
So he called his daddy's friends and they called the GOP.
Gun owners, that is.
Falwell.
Jesse Helms.
Come November 7, the election ran late.
Kin folks said "Jeb, give the boy your state!"
"Don't let those colored folks get into the polls."
So they put up barricades so they couldn't punch their holes.
Chads, that is.
Duval County.
Miami-Dade.
Before the votes were counted five Supremes stepped in.
Told all the voters "Hey, we want George to win."
"Stop counting votes!" was their solemn invocation.
And that's how George finally got his coronation.
Rigged, that is.
Illegitimate.
No moral authority.
Y'all come vote now.
Ya hear?
You see? No matter which party is in power or who is at the helm, the policies remain the same.
Kinda makes you wonder who (http://www.ratical.org/ratville/JFK/ST/) is really running the show.
