I always hung out with my few girl friends but since I became single early last summer I hang out with them more often than not. The influence is apparent. I finally found myself wanting pedicures (manicures though meh; too much art stuff for me to keep them up and when you add tips it ruins your real nails, blech).

The amount of clothing I have I think increased 2-fold. And instead of only having 5 pairs of shoes, I was able to fill 3 black garbage bags with my shoes.

I actually like shoes now. Different shoes. Sneakers or heels. I remember when I could barely walk in heels and now I can wear a heel up to 5 inches and be just fine.

they do this salt scrub on your feet and legs and massage em. So worth it. Dear god. Half the time I want to say "just keep with the massage please I'll pay you more!"

It's humid oh boy. No ocean but we have the lake and really nice beaches. Sorta, depends on where you go though but hey if you dont mind dirty diapers and syringes...I got a beach for that too!

If you are going to come visit Chicago, come in the summer...actually come the first weekend in August..BigBlu is coming to town for the Cubs / Mets games and he's making me throw him a party.
