So my friend and I are chatting on email and she's all stressed because people are dropping out of her Murder Mystery dinner party this weekend. And though I generally can't stand fancy-dress parties, I said I would come along. So, I am flying to Dublin at Saturday lunchtime and coming back Sunday afternoon (y)

I only had dull errands, gym and laundry planned so I thought why not?

Whatever happens, just make sure you finish the job.

Make sure you don't end up as the dinner's corpse for dessert. Also, that butler is not what he seems!

That sounds like this card-game: Kill Dr Lucky...
Anyway, bring a REAL gun to liven up the party!

I went to one a few years ago which my friend hosted. The only non-white person at the party was the killer. He found this quite amusing and claimed we were all just massive racists, and it was stereotyping at its worst

We vehemently denied this as we sat around in our big white pointy hats and matching robes

Murder!

It should be on it's way now.

Disappointingly, the only blood split was from my cut toe but it was a good night. I was not the murderer - it was Harry Hodidme - whose gay lover and stage partner had been killed by a murderous rabbit, provoked by my father, the evil casino owner

I went to one of these a few years ago at new years eve. My close mate chris was the burgler/murderer. It was no surprise to me, he is a scouser!
