Not neccessarily. Not being married already, you might want to have a long engagement, and wait to have the wedding when your little one can play more of a part in the celebration, and not just be a bump under a hastily-purchased gown, you know? (Plus this way your eventual-bride can have more than one glass of champagne at her own wedding!) If getting married right away isn't what the two of you want to do, resist the pressure from the grandparents-to-be and maybe wait a bit, take the time to plan what you really want, and as I said, include your little pookie on the day.

Well my Dad and Brother are really happy, my girlfriend's Mom was really rude about it... I guess you can't please everyone.

Sleep is overrated. The due date is just a guess. And enjoy the baby -- they grow so fast -- before he starts asking for money! The best piece of advice I got was, "don't listen to any advice."
