Everyone deserves a seventh chance! (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16825899/)
I don't get it. He's "the decider" and he gets to "decide" all the "decisions" around here. But has he given any insight as to HOW he thinks it'll work? I mean you can say "It'll work!" until you're blue in the face. But when you've said it twenty times before and each time you've been proven wrong, WHAT the hell will make you right the twenty-first time? Especially if you are so vague about how it'll work.
I mean, senior government officials are saying it won't work. If you want to win, you have to commit MANY more troops than that. I believe McCain was saying 21,500 troops is nothing and won't get anything done. All it's going to do is drain our resources more and kill more of our troops. It's like a drop in a bucket.
Bush seems astounded and frustrated that Congress (even his own side) is against him on this one. But can you really blame them? I mean, you can only cry wolf so many times before people stop believing you.
Sigh.
