I enjoyed his Daily Show appearance, but damn, I'm sure against his positions.

Why don't we compile a list of people who aren't running for President? A list like that would only get smaller.

He jokingly attributed his weight loss to a "concentration camp" diet

Ouch. (n)

I do like his anti-hostile conservative attitude; the clusterfuck that was the Republican National Convention in '04 was full of foaming-at-the-mouth Republicans and that really upset me. What the hell did they have to be pissed about at that time? Bygum, the Democrats had zero power and they were PISSED AS HELL! I hated seeing them run on pure hatred, so it's good to see someone who's dedicated to keeping a positive attitude towards politics.

With that being said, anti-gay and anti-abortion? Blech. No way mang. I love my gays and I love having a choice over what I do with my damn body.

Just like all politicians, he's a salesperson at heart.....

That being said, every time I've seen an appaearance, he's been better than the other candidates thus far, especially with rock-solid conservative credentials (see Queen's post above).

So far, he has more charisma and better positions, from my point of view, than either Mc Cain or Giuliani or Romney.

Plus, he comes froma governorship rather than the (tainted) Senate - Mc Cain, he's experienced at a state level, unlike Giuliani, and he's not a "foaming at the mouth" conservative that would immediately turn off most centrist (or moderate, if you prefer) Democrats.

Hmmm....
