Just in case you are ever invited onto any of Rupert Murdock's television stations...

This is how you hand their asses to them:

And by way of reminder:

If you get invited before the U.S. Senate...

just do this:

His appearance at the Senate was great, but I wish he'd tone his extreme condescending tone when on SkyNews. A great deal of what he says and the points he makes are of extreme importance, and all the power to him for making them known. It's just him shouting at that woman and calling her "stupid" that doesn't sit well with me. I'm sure a lot of people in Britain would just write him off as "Oh, that shouting man is on television again" and just shake their heads. People like Bill O'Reilly like to shout at their guests and that's never becoming, so the reverse isn't very nice either.

I also would like it if he'd directly answer the questions (however biased they may be) before going off on tangents. For example, the question of Hezbollah getting some missiles from some Iranians (if I got it right) was posed, but he didn't answer that and instead said: "Hey, Israel gets a ton of missiles from the U.S." That point is all well and good, but I'd prefer him to directly address THAT question and then he can later go on and add the bit about military support the U.S. sends to Israel and to point out the hypocrisy there.

But bottom line: I'm glad he's around to stimulate debate of this kind and point out media bias, etc. It's just sometimes a little bit of Galloway goes a long way. ;)

What a bias first question. She calls herself a journalist?

Why? If I'm to understand that SkyNews is one of Rupert Murdoch's affiliates (and that sorry excuse for an interviewer sure makes it sound as though it is) then why shouldn't they get as good as they give? I wish they'd kept that silly woman on the other side of the screen so we could have seen her squirm in front of a target that wasn't prepared to tolerate her typical brand of self-righteousness, accusatory bullshit "journalism."

Maybe when the media starts respecting the public they can expect to be treated with similar cordiality. Until then I'd love to see more commentators and public figures rake Murdoch's drones over the coals. Fake journalism doesn't deserve real respect.

She spends half the time trying to trap him into saying that hezbollah brought the israeli attacks on themselves, but he doesn't fall into it and doesn't let her go anywhere with it, he has the complete control of the discussion even when they turn his microphone down.

It's easy to have that kind of command over someone when you are completely right and they are completely wrong.

It all sort of starts at the top and rolls downhill doesn't it?

We don't have too many real journalists anymore, only manipulators.
