I saw an interview with the director Julien Temple (Filth and the Fury) of the upcoming documentary about mighty Joe,it looks great! I can't seem to find a release dat anwhere,though???....during the interview there was what seemed to be "recent" footage of Joe and Mick hammering out "White Riot"....anyone know where, what or when that performance was?
And,hey! I loved "Mystery Train" and never even realized he was in it!

I didn't know there was an upcoming doc. I did see that doc about The Clash that came out. Pretty okay.

I like Strummer's voice, but he seemed phony to me.

Mick joined Joe on stage for White Riot and London's Burning at a firefighter's benefit concert in London. Mick was actually in the audience but ended up spontaneously getting on stage. I think it was Joe's second or third to last performance.

Very nice,thanks....have you seen the movie??....very curious about the campfire scene with Bono,John Cusack and Jim Jarmusch speak "candidly" about Joe's nature.....
