Just picked this album on vinyl up this past weekend. Pretty dope, considering it's relevence. I thought the only track with scratching on it was "Rockit", but Grandmaster DST is all over this thing! These joints are so dated that they're cool again. Any fans?

I'll have to give that one another shot sometime. I like Hancock's stuff like Emperian (sp?) Islands, Maiden Voyage, Taking Off, Cantelope Islands, etc. And pretty much everything I've heard him do with Miles is good.

he really set the bar for reinvention when he came out with Head Hunters.
i do like Future Shock quite a bit though. good fusion of early 80s hip hop and contemporary jazz and electro.
i would love to find this on vinyl. (y)
