That's the fancy way of saying the bank just handed over hundreds of thousands of dollars on my behalf and gave me the key to a house (y)

Added bonus - few thousand deposited into my account. I was checking the balance expecting it to have been raped by fees and stuff but was suprised to see it was looking a bit healthier (y) I'm guessing it's what's left over from the first home owners grant. cheers (y) the guy who arranged the loan has just gone on holidays so I can't ask him why it's there. ima spending it anyway ;)

i wouldn't want a pool anyway, you gotta look after that shit. my parents house has one and when they go away i gotta clean it (n) i don't really even go swimming much anyway, although I might a bit more now since they're about 3 minutes away. that's not a bad thing - free meals (y)

i'm pretty excited about moving in on the weekend. He's left a few bits and pieces too, like some stuff in the garden which I wasn't expecting to be there, so that was nice (y)

this guy has actually left me spare light bulbs! :D

he's going overseas so I bought his couch, washing machine and dryer. he just left a few old cupboards and stuff in the shed, this shaving little cabinet which is kinda attached to the wall which technically he could've taken it but I really like it so I'm glad he didn't. He left a couple of ok cordless telephones, some brooms and stuff. Nothing that's really junk so it's all good.
