I was pretty disappointed by the 40 Year Old Virgin. but really only because a friend of mine had repeatedly told me that it was the funniest movie of all time. it wasn't.

Yeah, I had a similar experience. I saw it on DVD with 4 peopel that already saw it, and thought it was the funniest thing ever.

It took me aboue 3-4 watchings for me to think it was OK.
