if I see you and you're wearing one of those headset phone things clipped to your ear.....

....I instantly think you're a douchebag.

And what the heck is 'blackberry', while we're at it?

Yeah, I don't really get the whole bluetooth thing. All the kids that work for me at work wear one.

I'm like "Okay, you want to wear an EM field on your head ALL DAY? Having it next to your head when you get a phone call isn't enough for you?"

Whatever. My stupid job made me get a cell phone.

Boss: And when you're manager, I'll pay for your cell phone bill
Me: I don't have a cell phone
Boss: I'll get you a cell phone

Frickin hallelujah. *circles in the air*

i think they're called "dongles"

if you willingly attach something called a "dongle" to your face, yeah, you deserve the names you're called

i want the blackberry pearl. unfortunately, i can't upgrade my phone yet, so i'd have to pay full price, and i don't want to do that.

pres, the blackberry is a pda phone.

Cell phones have changed the way we live.

I'm not sure I like it either. It makes it so that anyone that you know operates under the pretense that you could call them anytime you want, and you just don't.

if people ever called me, i'd have to fight the temptation to answer the phone "bauer", and then not say goodbye before i hung up

The key way in which cell phones have changed the way we live involves the dual ability to screen your calls and ignore the ones you don't want to take. It's really made my life much easier.

it's just the idea of "I'm so busy, not only do I receive phonecalls non-stop but I also don't have time to waste pulling a phone out of my pocket to answer it."

I bring this up because I'm at work and a dude came in wearing one. It's fucking midnight on a Saturday night, dude..... you look like an idiot.

i concur completely. a dude at work wears one, and i knew he was a douchebag even before he wore his dongle.

get this.

he grew up on a farm, and he was the pudgy kid in school. <picked on
his last name is booby (i shit u not) <picked on
he then joined the army, where they train and pay you to be a complete wanker. <picked on

so u cant really blame him for being a jerk.

but he's still a jerk. and when i saw him wearing that dongle, i thought, 'boy, what a jerk!'

i have a bluetooth headset i never use. i really hate it. my dad LOVES that shit, but that's cause he's gotten about 5 tickets for talking on the phone while driving. theyre expensive tickets. anyways...

i hate the headset. but i love texting. i use my phone almost solely for texting. im considering getting a sidekick so i can be cool. but i have a texting phone now.... im rambling. i love phones.
