Sorry to hear that man. I've had a depressing day as well. I had one customer admit that she was thinking about suicide and went into the most depressing story about why. And then another customer is pretty much on her death bed. I found this out because I had an appointment with her mom for services and they were walking out of the house when I arrived.

All of this bad news has brought me down.

I don't think of these people as just customers but also as friends due to the fact that I've been servicing both for at least 10 years.
