I love A Tribe Called Quest and obviously the Boys do too since I hear them borrowing alot of their lyrics and switching them up a bit. The two examples that come to my head are...
"Dip Dip dive, do the socialize" from Mr. Muhammad, which is kinda the hook for Alive
and
"Citizen rule number 4080, record company people are shady" from Check the rhyme which is changed up for "A World Gone Mad"

Anyone got some more?

im fairly sure that pre-dates Tribe and is from an old school song...Treacherous three..i think.

i can't exactly remember this quest ryhme but it went something like "i think they smoke crack i don't doubt it look at how they act" then the said line "industry rule number 4,080 record company people are shady" and i reheard it in a world gone mad

actually, the boys could have gotten the dip dip dive thing from superrappin' by grandmaster flash and the furious 5.. they're line goes..

ok, something that just popped into my mind was the barenaked ladies jumping on the "hip hop homage" train to take "chickadee-choco-the-chocalate-chicken" from Tribe's "Scenario." (come to think of it, i can't say for sure that belongs to tribe originally anyway...hmm)
