i was into the hardcore punk scene for years, and i consider myself quite knowledgable on underground bands, but i have not even heard of any of those artists. i doubt they're any good.

That Fux Capacitor LP is incredible. I'm surprised to see it in an "unheard of" list, quite frankly.
