quite a short show indeed. their heart wasn't in it. was quite systematic

i'm talking about the melbourne good vibes show.

snoop dogg was awesome...to laugh at. we thought he was saying "put your tooth in the air" so we tried to put our tooth in the air. jurassic 5 were cool.

anyone wanna know anything else?

Yes, they went half way across the world to play a concert and didn't play any of their new songs that would've been recorded and pirated across the Internet.

What a shame.

How long of a set? Any special costumes? Setlist? HipHop and Instrumentals? Any mention of new material or new album? Did they have a lot of f'ups?

anyone wanna know anything else?I'm so glad that you had a chance to be there!

To anyone who was there: How big was the festival? (How many people do you think were there and how big was the venue?) How long did they play and were you able to get close to the stage?

It is so great that they're doing some touring now and over the coming months. I love that!

The best shows I've been to have been small, smoky sorts of clubs where you can get very close to the performers. I was thrilled to be able to be against the stage at the Hiro, which was tiny! The nastiest shows have been outdoor arenas or indoor dome-style places. Too big, bad sound, too many people for there to be any real connection. Shows in places like that feel canned to me; shows in smaller clubs feel more spontaneous and relaxed. I'd travel to see them in small places.

well, they said they would be trying out new songs live. why wouldn't a band try out new songs on the road.
