A Florida medical examiner says Anna Nicole Smith's body should be released for burial as soon as possible. Joshua Perper warns in an affidavit that Smith's body is decomposing and "any further delay would result in destructive changes."

FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida (AP) -- With at least three people bickering over the fate of Anna Nicole Smith's remains, a Florida judge stepped in to argue that he has the final say. "This body belongs to me right now," Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin said Wednesday during an emergency hearing.

Larry was later seen frolicking at the beach and rubbing suntan lotion on Anna Nicole's decaying body.

COLUMBIA, South Carolina (AP) -- The six adult children of singer James Brown have agreed with his partner, Tomi Rae Hynie, on where the entertainer will be buried, an attorney for the woman said Tuesday.
