I just saw Bo Selecta for the first time...

and I did not laugh once. It didn't even make me smile.

I've heard about this show ages ago, but never seen it because we don't get C4 over here. I wanted to buy the DVD's because so many people said it was genius and very funny, but the bit I've just seen was just a twat in a rubber mask shouting very loud and unfunny things.

Anyone here that actually does like the show, or is it just 14 year old retards who watch this?

Oh, I actually liked Peep Show. It's not amazing, but the awkwardness and lame ubergeek thoughts make me laugh.

But Spaced is the most amazingest sitcom ever made... in this century at least. Brilliant in every way. <3

The whole Crag David thing with the back up guitarist (Colin) getting kicked off the tour circa series 2 sticks in my mind as being hilarious. Can't recall much else! Gave up mid series 3.

Which series did you get? Only the first couple were any good - that last one he did "In The USA" Ali G style was totally wank.

It made me laugh - usually pissed and stoned on a friday night.

Cant beat Michael Jackass. CHAMONE MUTHAFUCKA! I liked Craig from Big Borther locked in a cupboard too. And Lorraine Kelly and "her growler". A few good characters but, yeah - some of it is shit.

You gotta watch Spaced - it's genius. Shame now they are making successful films we'll probably never see another series. The episode with the Rave (last episode of season 1 I think is brilliant)

@ Walt: Fuzz was just released in Britain but won't be out here untill april. I SO want to see it. It looks even better than 'Shaun'!
And you must watch your DVDs of Spaced NOW. There is some room for 'plaatsvervangende schaamte' but for most part you just want the characters to be your mates. <3333

i find with bo selectah it is just a different level of gross-out comedy. i couldn't figure out for a long time whether it was just too sophisticated for me, or a bit base. it was strange.

The first series of Bo Selecta was awesome, everything after has been excrutiatingly shit and not funny in the slightest.

Check out the first series if you can, the rest is complete and utter horseshit.
