no, it's not illegal, but her behavior has been pretty crazy. ya know, flashin her yaya all over town and partyin like mad with people like paris Hilton don't exactly paint a picture of her as being motherly and responsible as perhaps someone with two small children should be.

personally I have no problem with women who shave thier head and if this was the only unsual thing that she'd done in the last 6 months well that would be one thing..but it's not. so it's kind like icing on the cake.
