Is it worth it to buy a membership? I know it's only 5 bucks or whatever...but paying to post on a forum?

i paid for one back when you couldn't even read the forums without being a member. i'd say it's been worth it, there's a lot of very funny stuff over the 3 years or so that i've been there. i've paid more money for things that turned out to suck, so i don't really regret it

i dunno how much access you have to the forums without a membership now, my understanding is that they're more public. if you can read them for free, it's probably not really worth it to sign up, i find i don't post much
