They have reunited and made a new album.

It's awful. One of the worst albums I've heard in a long time. Iggy should be ashamed of himself.

....can we really expect anything else?

Though I heard the Dolls' new album is good.

That's disappointing. I was really hoping it'd be good. The songs they did for "Skull Ring" weren't bad. Sigh...:(

Aw jeez, way to :( up everything. I was looking forward to this album, too. It's got Mike Watt on it, right? Say it ain't so, Darko.

I haven't heard it, but I wouldn't be surprised if it sucked. like the Stones, the Stooges are all about playing live these days.

Have you heard A Bigger Bang? It's actually good.

yeah it was alright, but really, it was just a slight blip on what was generally 30 years of rubbish.

I heard it somewhere today, and it's not as bad as Darko says...but it's not great either. The thing that's really missing I think is that The Stooges aren't willing to be as experimental as they used to be.

"Enough of that pussy shit" and Iggy trying to be some kind of relentless hard rock act and nothing else just makes them boring. I think the reformed Stooges still have potential if they're willing to go out there further - maybe that means some softer music, but when it gets turned down you notice when they crank it.
