i think we all know where my condiment emotions lie, and they're in a hot embrace with mayonnaise.

saying that, does olive oil count as dressing? because it is the basis for all of my salad dressings, and i use it practically every day. nearly always have salad on the side, or stir fry my food in it, or roast vegetables in it. olive oil is my classy bitch on the side.

I think he makes the best off the shelf dressing at the "grocer's" though....have you tried Emeril's stuff....it's horrid.....
