Notables and not-so-notables.
One I really like is Vital Nerve by Company Flow. A shit and awkward one is some lame Aussie group talking about fading like your jeans would. And being heaps good.
Hola Hovito has a sick hook, too.

Embarrassing. Makes me cringe even when I am not listening to it.

Shaq featuring RZA and Method Man "We don't need no hooks" was funnier for Shaq's "TWISM, Shaq has wisen!" line than anything else.

Pretty much every Primo hook is sick. Nas Is Like, Mathematics, Full Clip, Skills, Kick In The Door, When I Be On The Mic, So Ghetto are notables.
Then there's the simple catchy shit like Nas' Got Urself A Gun, 2Pac's Hit 'Em Up, Kanye's We Don't Care, Fat Joe's Make It Rain, T.I.'s What You Know, Snoop Dogg's Vato, Game + 50's Hate It Or Love It. 50 is good at these, shame about the verses.
And of course the sample based hooks like Jigga's Dead Presidents, Big L's Ebonics, but the Primo ones I mentioned are all like that anyways.
Those are the hooks that spring to my mind when I think about it for like 20 seconds, so they're probably good.
EDIT: Clipse's Ride Around Shining is one of my favourites as well.

I was just thinking of how good a hook Ride Around Shinin' is earlier today. True story.
Really, most of the hooks on Hell Hath No Fury are great, except for 'p-noid', but we won't talk about that.

I've been listening to Fury again and it's the best album I've heard in a while but I can't stand "Nightmares". What a terrible song to end a great album (n) (n) (n)
Trills hook is pretty good but like you said, all of them are good really.

I really like the hooks on Hello New World and Dirty Money. Mr Me Too has a good one for a single, too.
