I enjoy a good chick flick such as

Titanic
Sleepless in Seattle
The English Patient
Dirty Dancing
Thelma and Louise

Do not judge me, a real man is not afraid of his inner girl.

i won't judge you, you have a poorly bum :(

i think one of the sexiest parts of the english patience is when ralph fiennes says that kristin scott thomas' clavicle is the sexiest part of a woman. wow, that sounds really dirty. if you don't know what it is, goooooogle!

I liked Mean Girls, too. And Clueless was really funny the first time I saw it. The line about how she was picky about shoes, and they';re just going on her feet was priceless.

I like the bit in mean girls where the big gay guy calls the girl who runs outta the toilet 'danny devito'! :D

That movie is the only time I think I've ever seen Ed Harris act poorly. In some movies, he is kind of phoning it in, but I've never seen him be bad before.:(

"The English Patient" is the only one of those films I could recommend, the rest are entirely disposable......

I'm with you on most of them but Dirty Dancing is straight up gay.

If I hadn't read the fantastic book and it's prequel I would likely agree.....

I saw the title of this thread and thought "At last, he's decided to admit he's gay!"

I was right.

Of that list, Thelma and Louise is the one I'm down with, for the most part. The English Patient was slow and boring and the people really unlikable; Dirty Dancing, Sleepless in Seattle -- fucking forget it; Titanic is a pretty shitty lurve story with a strawman as a villain with an incredible disaster movie thrown in.

My chick flicks are more like Little Women (Sarandon/Ryder/Dunst), Sense and Sensibility (Ang Lee's), Grace of My Heart, The Story of Adele H.... stuff like that.

I just saw a Seinfeld episode not too long ago about Elaine getting trapped into seeing the English Patient twice and hating every minute of it. Fucking hilarious.
