I graduated high school being 5' 9" 125 lbs. I was a scrawny little shit, but one hell of a point guard. Nine years removed, I'm 6' 190 lbs., which is pretty much my target weight, so I voted No. I have a really nice build now, which I credit from the Bruce Lee workout I was doing for about 8 months, but I haven't worked out in about 5 months, and can tell that I'm starting to slide. I'll get back to it, though.

I usually stay around 20-30 pounds overweight according to my target weight calculated by a doctor I had in high school. once I was only 10 pounds overweight, but I was on the basketball team and eating really healthy. my smallest post-high school was when I broke my foot and laid around all day long, barely eating and smoking one cigarette a day. I was dirt poor. the calf attached to my broken foot shrunk to like half size because most of my mass is muscle. that's why I weigh so much for a girl. I wear a size 12/14, but I weigh like 190 pounds. hurrf. doctors usually do a double take on that. I wore a size 10 at my skinniest. I'll probably drop about 15 pounds as soon as I start riding my bike regularly again.

blah, my family members are all pretty chunky and just kind of stay that way, not getting bigger or smaller unless they really let themselves go or are dieting and exercising diligently. even then, no one's skinny and no one's super flab. slow metabolisms, big bones, yadda yadda. nothing much I can do but starve myself if I want to escape those genetics. plastic surgery?

meh. I can't believe I just admitted my weight. ha. oh well. :/

I'm definitely not fat by societal standards, but I am by my own. My diet is shit and my activity level sucks. I've gained close to 20 pounds in the last year and I'm starting to get disgusted and insecure about my body. Everyone always tells me that I'm tiny and I know a lot of people would love to be my size, but they would be surprised by the unsightly appearance of my belly and thighs if ever they saw me naked. So basically, yes, I'm fat, though most people would vehemently disagree.

you have never seen a picture of my entire body. i may not look fat in the face but i am overweight according to BMI indexes, etc, and my dress size would surprise you if it told you. i'll PM you my real weight if you doubt me.

trust me, i'm not one of these girls who would ever say "omg i'm fat" if i am patently not. i am my heaviest i have probably ever been since, i think, 2003. of course i haven't posted any pictures of me looking like a total heffer, but there are plenty out there that make me look like a very different person indeed. i have a stomach full of those lovely scars of fluctuation, stretchmarks, that sort of suggest i'm not the skinniest of minnies.

a billion charts tell me i am not a 'normal' weight, so if they are the scripture for 'fat', then i am.

me, i prefer to think of it as more pleasantly plump :cool: my boyfriend certainly doesn't complain, but it's not all about being thought of as attractive by a man. i'd be happier being a little slimmer but i'm not going to piss and moan about it when i'm not making any effort to find my gym card or stop eating freebasser chip suppers!

Given my body type I think I'm probably about 10-15 pounds overweight, but I usually drop that once spring-summer hits, no lies. I have extremely broad shoulders and I'm pretty tall so I expect minimum weight for me might be like 195 or so, which seems low to me but I guess if I worked out that's where I'd be. I wear my weight pretty well, most of it goes to my bum and legs so I don't look obese by any means. I probably should work out more, but in all honesty I walk at least 3-5 km a day so I think I'm not too bad.

i heard on oprah (yes OPRAH shut up) that how many pounds you weigh doesn't matter as much as you're waist measurement does, because theres an important organ located in your ab area & if you have a lot of fat in your stomach area you're stretching that organ which is a bad thing.

so you're waist measurements should be under like 35-34 inches possibly less for woman

i can't gain or lose any weight. i stay at the same weight (or within that region) no matter what happens. when i had gastro, i lost none. during christmas and other binge eating times, i gained none. aaand i'm happy with my size too. so i'm lucky. i don't even know what my bmi is and i weigh like 70kgs (150lbs) i'm like normal. NORMALLLLL.

oh and being fat is better than being ugly. you can lose weight. you can't lose ugly.

I'd like to get it under 115. about 52kgs. I carry alot of my weight in my hips and boobs, so I'm pretty confident that I won't look like a boyish twig when I get smaller.

What you see yourself as is a difficult question to answer; people with high confidence or an idealistic philosophy would be less inclined to say they are fat, while people who are realistic and generally have less confidence are going to say they see themselves as fat. Individual perception is incredibly relevant to this question.
