Yeah, no shit.
Our secretary was talking about this on Friday -- how she knew it would be shit, but her two pre-teen sons were desperate to see it because they can't go half an hour with fart or poop jokes.
I sometimes despair.

wtf lol
Ahh, someone who uses wtf properly.
Thank you.
Why not have some intelligent fart jokes/potty humor for 1 1/2 hours and rent Blazing Saddles? How could the cast of Wild Hogs bring any new funny to the table?

Isn't that the point? Anything new might insult the audience by displaying some smarts. I'm really convinced that movies have gotten so stupid because dumber and dumber audiences still only enjoy stuff that lets them feel superior.

I saw the commercial for this and felt sorry for every one of the cast members. Isn't William H. Macy in it? I mean, John Travolta sure, he's got three look who's talking movies under his belt and phenomenon and michael, he's right at home with this crap, but Macy? And even Martin Lawrence. I never enjoyed his brand of comedy I find him annoying and mostly unwatchable but now he's pandering to middle aged middle american white people?

I agree with everything here except Phenomenon. I love that movie.

Dumb and Dumber was a funny movie.
I agree. It was humor written by people who are obviously intelligent and were trying to be stupid, which I enjoy. I hate it when it's some crap like Sorority Boys where it's stupid humor written by stupid people.

I am confused because I have no idea what the hell Wild Hogs is exactly or what you are talking about.
But then considering how upset you are over it, I'm happy I do not know what it is.

Just got back from my third viewing. Much of the subtleties and nuances are missed with just two sittings, on the third take I feel as if i can now logically discuss the many plot twists and double meanings presented within the cinematic brilliance titled "Wild Hogs".
Clear your shelves for Oscar cast and crew of Wild Hogs.
