Thank got someone took the belt off of Sylvia. I hate him.

It was a pretty solid card. Not really looking forward to the next one, although I work with a girl that's engaged to Matt Serra.

I feel bad constantly telling her that I'm pulling for him, when I know that GSP is gonna whoop that ass.

I've seen plenty of great fights on UFC and Pride and plenty of crappy ones.

One is no better than the other.

Yea, GSP is pretty bad ass. His last fight was one of the cleanest I've seen.

I don't know why people hate Tim so much. He is very respectful and gracious. He had the belt for a long time and had some serious fighters challenge him for it and couldn't take it away.

He fights are never quality, they are usually just him using his reach to his advantage, and winning decisions because the other guy could never break him down.

Doesn't make him a bad fighter, just a boring one. ANd I don't wanna spend $40 to watch boring fights. I'd get boxing PPVs if I wanted to do that.

God, so do I. Watching Chuck Liddel whoop that ass a few months ago was one of the greatest things I've ever seen. I never though he was all that good, just had really heavy hands. Once UFC became more MMA-oriented, and less just two guys whailing on each other, Ortiz started stinking up the joint. Even in the fights he won.

OK, well then Cro Cop doesn't fight for PRIDE anymore, b/c he just fought at UFC 67 and he's fighting at UFC 70.

He was. He lost the title to Dan Henderson on feb 24th.

Oh, and his name is Wanderley Silva pat. :D

Fighters are signed to contracts which usually does not allow them to fight in both. Pride and UFC are competing for dollars and when you see fighters come over that means they worked something out or the contract expired.
