Any Air fans here? I've got two of their albums I like a lot. I'm interested in this one.
I've got moon safari, I prefer daft punk though (y)

I've got Moon Safari and Talkie Walkie -- the obvious ones, I know.
I think they're both pretty great. It's a little embarrassing to have "Sexy Boy" stuck in my head, though.

I have Moon Safari and Talkie Walkie. I really enjoy them both, in particular the songs 'Another Day' and 'All I Need'. I had the Virgin Suicides soundtrack for a bit, and some 100Hz mix thing which were good, but I lost them. I like the darker parts of Talkie, and the sweeter moments of Moon Safari, but I think they are in danger of blurring that line and becoming too bland. And I've heard horrible things about this new album.

Haven't heard any of this new one yet, but we have Moon Safari and Premieres Symptomes. It's music I can play while I'm working - pleasant and I can hum to it, but it doesn't distract me from what I'm doing.
Hey alright! I'm up for it. I expect a full review AZ.

I listen to Air a lot when I'm reading at a coffee shop. They're one of the groups that doesn't distract me because all the songs are naturally background music.
This CD has gotten dreadful reviews so I don't plan on buying it. If it's worst crime is that it's deadly dull, it could still be good background music, but I have dozens of albums that already serve that purpose.

Well, I'm listening to it right now, about halfway through the first spin.
I really really hope this grows on me, because right now, I'm not digging it. Actually, this song's okay that's on right now ("Mer du Japon"), but on the whole, it sounds like Air trying to make an album that sounds like Air. Kind of like how Document was mostly an album of REM trying to make an REM album. Except at least that had a few killer songs; so far, nothing even stands out on this one.
Arrrrgh. Well, at least it was for cheap at Target ($9.99).
Preliminary grade: 6/10.
Okay, this song ("Lost Message") is kind of interesting, too.
