Downloadable TV ads?

Yo, could somebody please link me to a site or program which will help me D/L some T.V adverts? In particular I'm looking for advertisng focussed on Private Health Insurance, maybe some of those AAAAAAAAA FLAAAAAAC ones. I'm kind of loathe to be googling "Free Download Advertisements". Maybe I need to get Shareaza?
