I'm trying really, really hard to say something positive about this record....the media disc is interesting.....the other truth is that it has great production values:full stop......Realistically though,I think he could seriously benefit from a voice coach, his delivery is so nasal that it’s worn very thin 3 songs in…..I was fond of “Into the Sun” when it was released and when he toured on the “Gand Royal Showcase”….he was delightful to meet over bubble tea way back then, super charmer.....but....I can’t help but believe that if it wasn’t for his namesake you couldn’t get a Rep from either EMI or Capitol to sit through this thing……and it’s true you can’t help but listen to it and try to pick out the John moments……not fair I suppose…….I guess it’s just a bad record, glad I didn’t buy……(n)

I heard him perform once and it was really uncanny, it sounded like he was purposely trying to sing like John :(

I wonder what made people think that this album might actually be good.

I like when he collaborated with Max on "Son Song"
