USPS to get R2D2 mailboxes...?

They'd better be getting some money out of it and not the other way around.

I don't know, but that's a kinda cool look for a mail box.


maybe they are doing this to encourage people to mail things. like maybe people will have more fun if they put thier mail in R2D2 and then they'll send more.

because maybe the post offcie realizes that with all the electronic technology we have ...we could phase thier asses out if we really wanted to. and with them always raising the postal rate I could see it happening.

how much does it cost to post an ordinary letter in the USA?

here in the land of oz it was 45c for about 15 years, just last year they raised to to 50c.

nobody noticed.
