Ava is almost 11 months old now (doesn't time fly when you're having fun) and i have decided it's time to get semi-fit again.

So i bought a fitness DVD (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Davina-My-Three-Minute-Workouts/dp/B000AYQJIS/ref=pd_ka_4/203-9766699-7739120?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1173730636&sr=8-4)...

A mere 30 minutes of huffing and puffing later, I am sat on the sofa...laptop on knee...my cheeks burning up.

Let's hope it gets easier. :o <--- ha, i actually look like this right now but without the smile.

The bad thing is that there is a chocolate mousse in the fridge calling my name.

put Ava in a stroller, and go for a walk.

Oh i do that too - thursdays and fridays we when i don't work we always go for a good brisk walk.

I felt like i needed something more to really make an impact.

yeah I totally worked out more so than I have been in a month or so. And after my roommate drops off a fresh box of thin mints "I bought these for you!!"

I've never felt such a mix of love and hate for her at that very moment.

Says the woman in LA. In the north of England, or really, anywhere in England in the wintertime, it's pretty fucking dismal a lot of the time - there have been quite a few days I'd have loved to pop Mattie in the buggy and go have a stroll, but when it's pissing down with rain and windy as fuck... maybe not.
