I had such a strong memory of him being all nebbish in Fargo that when I saw Wag the Dog and he basically kicked some ass, I was blown away.

I love him.
I said other though, because one of my favorite roles he did was for the TV series "Sports Night" in which his wife was a star. he did a guest role on the show and it was awesome.

It depends what you expect from a film. The main criticisms I've heard that people have about it is that it punches below its weight, that it's not ambitious enough. I quite enjoyed it though; I thought it was funny and breezy and entertaining. Metaphoriaclly, it's a snack, not a meal, so if you go in very hungry, you'll be left wanting. But if you just want something to nibble on, it satisfies.

I might have to check that out, then. Hmmmmmm..........
My wife has a cock in her ass in the driveway, all right? I'm sorry if my thoughts are not on the photography of the film we're shooting tomorrow.

Ha!
He won an Emmy for Door to Door. I enjoyed it very much.
I live near Happy Texas and that was a good film.

FARGO!
I did also like him a lot in Boogie Nights. Didn't he mess up the words and say "ass in her cock"? I remember him screwing something up and I couldn't tell if it was on purpose or not.

That's a man who's due for an Oscar. He should've had it for Fargo.

You are a very smart woman. I thought the quote was a typo so I corrected the line. Ooops.

Fargo for me - it's one of my favourite films and his performance as Jerry is frankly immense in it.
Boogie Nights a close second.

magnolia does it for me...
quiz kid donnie smith:
" I love you, Brad - Brad the bartender. You wanna love me back? I'll be good to you. "
Quiz Kid Donnie Smith is almost the same down on your luck character as Bernie in The Cooler. Both great roles.

i'll forgive you for no jurassic park 3. i'm not going for no stinkin' 'other' option. i went for pleasantville instead, since i studied that film like a motherfucker at uni.
he has a good voice. i'd sex his wordstyle if i didn't think he wasn't that pretty.
youngremy - yes! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xBIREx-YCkU)
"i'm sick and i'm in love"

"that's right. that's the first time you've been right. i confuse the two and i don't care"

I think to really appreciate his performance in Fargo, it requires having lived in Minnesota, or at least the midwest. He has that passive aggressive snakey bastard act down pat.

Anybody who's ever been anywhere knows someone like that. He really nailed it.
I loved it when he was furiously scraping ice off the windshield, just flipping out.
