It is uncomfortable physically, but mentally you rely on it. Like, when I have it off, I feel naked in more ways than one. I'm just so used to having it to control movement, that when I don't have it on, I feel exposed and uncomfortable and self-conscious. Even when I'm by myself. I don't like it.
