Awesome. I may have it pay a visit.

Minton,
When are we going to hear actual details about the new album, and a US tour?
Yeah, fuck the rest of the world. Everyone only cares about the US.

And do you think he has details about the new album, that he's aloud to tell, and is just holding out on us or something?

I bet you wish you were like me and didn't manage to get T tickets the last 2 times they went on sale despite staying awake all night to get them.

I'm seriously contemplating this although looking at the line up I'm only interested in the Friday.

Word man.

LCD Soundsystem and the Beastie Boys in the same place, I would probably die! Albeit more due to the alcohol and resulting dehydration than seeing two of my favouritististist acts ever.

Yeah, it does say "Pls note this is NOT the line-up, but if you are a fan of these artists, then rest assured, the line-up at Connect is going to reflect your music tastes." :) although it still is a messed up thing to put on the site.

Hah, aye, anybody afraid they might miss out could glance at it quickly and just assume.

I get paid a week tomorrow. If there's still tickets about (or if i maybe rob another bank in the west end of glasgow sometime soon) i'll be all over it yo!

So who IS planning to go there?
For me the line up so far is just amazing! All the main acts (BBoys, PScream, Björk) and Jesus and Mary Chain and the Only Ones are like a must for me!!! Then add these lovely indie acts, wonderful scenery, all the best whisky distilleries just around the corner... Well around the islands anyway. And I've always wanted to visit Mull of Kintyre.... AND the gardening season is just about over by then.... Sounds like my holiday of a lifetime...

I know, there's only one act there i don't want to see. i was asking my mates about it and they're kinda of skeptical at there being so few bands. but the idea of fucking about a campsite with musical interludes seems pretty cool.

if they're still on sale next wed i'm defenitley going all the same :D :D

p.s. if you go make sure and catch lcd soundsystem

So who's going to connect then?

I'm going for the weekend with my boyfriend. Would be good to have a meet up or something before beasties.

I'm a bit worried about the midgies. I normally get bitten to death my mosquitoes so gonna have to be covered in industrial strength repellant!
