what with buying a new house (I'll put some pics in sure shots soon), stackin' the car (still at the panel beaters) and being internetsless for a short time its been hectic aand, at times, soul destroying with all the associated hoo-ha you have go through to buy a house these days. Although, three weeks in Byron Bay was quite pleasant, being able to walk down the street to go surfing rather than spending 40 minutes in the car.

Hey Scotty, I'm in the process of buying a house too. Everything seems expensive and you have to rely on real estate agents, conveyancing lawyers and banks.....all people I trust very little. But I can't wait until it all goes through and we finally get the keys.
