I just want to know, am very curious to find out. Cause yeah, I cant get it through my head. Its like enjoying the circus, its a novel idea but the circus blows (FACT). Seriously, weird anal middle aged white people? That don't enjoy other normal things in life, like chocolate milk and oral intercourse.

i like it as it was created... saw it in 1995 at the Astor Place Theater

an off broadway show with audience interaction and percussion/tubes...

what it has become lately is as commercialized as the BLack Eyed Peas(n)

I've got a friend who sees them several times a year and has TRAVELED to see them.

It really bothers me that Blue Man Group is performing at my local arena. How can they possibly be that popular?

I had the same problem when John Mayer played that arena. Just seeing his name on the big sign drove me crazy. I couldn't believe he had that many friends. Then he was on the cover of Rolling Stone as a new "guitar god." What is wrong with everyone?

My work organised an evening out, dinner and blue man group.

It was enjoyable but I wouldn't have gone out and gotten tickets for it or anything.

same as remy, i saw them back in about 1996-7. i ushered for free tickets and it actually was a GREEEAT show. this was back at the smaller theater. i think the show was called "Tubes". there were actually tubes all coming out all over the place, in the audience, everyone had a few at their reach. you could listen into the different tubes and hear different things.

at the end of the show, we had to go around an collect programs that people left behind. i remember seeing the 'blue men' walking around in their make up and regular clothes talking to eachother.

my coworker and I made a fake blue man group envelope and pretended we were getting our bosses tickets as their christmas present. heh, they totally fell for it. (there was a restaurant gift certificate inside)

they have regular shows at the same theater here all the time. I would never go to something like that. I saw them on t.v. a couple of times and that's enough.
