View Full Version : any way to get past region coding on DVDs?
i've got these region 2 DVDs, and i do have a region 2 DVD player, but it's a crappy little portable thing, i want to play them on my computer. but i can only switch the region code thing over a total of 4 times before it's stuck, which is a lame feature, anyways, is there any way to get past that? it's kind of inconvenient to look for the portable thing every time i want to watch these DVDs.

well why do you have region 2 dvd's?
usually ones that are sold internationally don't have the codes
Jabumbo has more questions than the police.
my aunt bought them for me, she lives in london. they aren't released in america, for some reason.
she also bought me the DVD player. she rules
