i've decided you have the best national anthem, it's so happy and shits all over every other anthem. anyone who says otherwise is kidding themselves.

i wish i was at least half italian (y) :)

hearing the national anthem was prolly the best thing about micheal schumacher constantly winning f1 races. and hearing fratelli d'italia was the cherry on the cake when raikkonen won in melbourne(y)

So there I was, searching for a thread about anthems on the board. And I just so happened to be listening to the fucking NATIONAL ANTHEM OF ITALY! YES! It really is true, how uncanny.

I also like the USSR anthem and of course La Marseillaise.

But I was going to make a thread about your favourite national anthems, so post it here anyway.

but seriously, its so awesome to watch when the azzuri play. gattuso sings like an asshole, most of them do actually. its beautiful. my dad still tears up every time he hears it. i do as well at times and i wasnt even born there unlike my father. (y)
