billie jean (which i like a lot)
beat it
thriller
wanna be startin' somethin'
smooth criminal
maybe bad

yeah, like 5 songs, 5 and a half maybe, and they're all the main ones

i don't really know what i'm doing michael jackson-wise, if you want to know the truth

would you also be into these? theyre kinda in the same bracket (his singles/popular /upbeat songs)

Dont Stop Til You Get Enough
Black or White
Leave Me Alone

I like more of his songs to be honest, stuff alot of peple grimace when they hear. You should maybe listen to Thriller or Bad the whole way though, you might discover more gems.

That's my favorite Michael Jackson solo song. Rock With You and Workin Day And Night are also good ones from Off the Wall.

How about the Jackson 5? I think they count.

THE WAY YOU MAKE ME FEEL

That's the only newer song that's really good.

Also, I edited in the other two songs from Off the Wall without seeing Cosmo's post. I wasn't copying. :p

The same thing happens to me.

I completely forgot about Thriller. My third favorite song is probably Smooth Criminal. I like the video as well (dont know which version) especially the ending, the way he winks his eye; you know right away what he's thinking.

I also like the J5 cover of "I Bet Ya"

Man in the Mirror
and I will even admit to liking Human Nature

and pretty much all the ones already listed.

My friend's obsessed with MJ, like, bad. She gets real angry if you make the slightest remark about he and the press, yadda-yadda.

But being with her and having to listen to him... The good stuff is one of his earlier releases. The rest is just repetitive except for the hits.

I love the Off the Wall, Thriller, and Bad albums. A lot.

I would listen to the Thriller album most, over and over.

And I owned the Moonwalker video. And I kind of liked "Jam" and was so excited at whatever age I was at the time that I won the Jam video and Michael Jackson stickers.

You Rock My World is a good song.

And let's none of us forget Michael's gripping duet with Eddie Murphy entitled "Whatzupwitu".

Wha... what? What's wrong with Human Nature? Why do you have to admit to liking it? It's a fucking awesome song.

I almost never hear anyone mention "This Time Around" which is weird because it has a Biggie verse on it, and Biggie is rulz for ListenHears.

Get on the Floor
Baby Be Mine
Just Good Friends
Scream
They Dont Really Care About Us
Leave Me Alone
Blood on the Dancefloor
Morphine

Ok enough.

There was a Biggie verse on the first track of Invincible, too. I don't know if it'd been used before, though.

But yeah, This Time Around is probably the only other decent track on HIStory other than They Don't Really Care About Us, aka the hardest track MJ ever recorded.

"Stay away from strangers, so I wont slack
And I know my nigga Mike like that
Baby!"

The jews pooped their pants over "They dont really care about us" and he had to do edits because they run his record label (and all the worlds banks).
