Yeah, if you read the terms of use for this board, lame jokes have been added as something we can no longer post. I would assume that this means we can no longer post the Boy's lyrics since they fit that description too.

It's really kind of suspicious that "lame jokes" are being deleted. The mods don't spend/have the time to update the look of the back-end of the boards, the store, etc., but they are deleting "lame jokes". Don't sound like no lame joke to me. Sounds like some beans have been spilt.

you all should be happy the thread was deleted since it would have left you investigating in something that was made up in the first place. :o

i guess the dilemma is that the action of having it deleted lead to the same thing.

anyhow, even if there are general rules of this forum we still have to make day-to-day judgment calls about stuff being posted and sometimes that might not fit in to the general idea people have of what can be posted or not.

the best thing to do is to let this one go since we won't be making more sense than what's already been said in here.

I'm am just being a smartass and having fun. I don't really believe there's a conspiracy. Still, TPK, it does seem strange to delete something so innocuous. There are a ton of more lame and directionless threads that clog this board and this one at least stuck to a timely theme.
